Booking and Reservations
Reservations and Payment
- All reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a deposit has been received.
- A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the camp.
- Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods as specified on our website.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made before 12 days of the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 12 days of the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
- In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

Date Changes
Date Change Requests: If you need to change the date of your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Rate Adjustments: If the rate for the new requested date is higher than the original booking rate, you will be required to pay the difference. If the rate is lower, no refund will be issued for the difference.
Seasonal Rate Changes: Due to seasonal variations, camp rates may change. The new rate applicable on the requested date will be considered for the adjustment.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is from 02:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner.
Any behavior that disrupts the comfort and enjoyment of other guests or damages the property will not be tolerated.
Chandrawat Desert Camp reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest who violates these terms.
Use of Facilities
