This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your reservation and request a refund. Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellations
Cancellations Before 12 Days: If you need to cancel your reservation and you do so at least 12 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. This gives us ample time to offer the accommodation to other guests.
Cancellations Within 12 Days: If you cancel within 12 days of your arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit. This partial refund is due to the increased difficulty of rebooking the accommodation on short notice.
No-Shows
No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your reservation and have not canceled, the full booking amount will be charged. No-shows are considered non-refundable because the reserved accommodation remains unoccupied, and we are unable to offer it to other guests on short notice.
Date Changes
Date Change Requests: If you need to change the date of your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Rate Adjustments: If the rate for the new requested date is higher than the original booking rate, you will be required to pay the difference. If the rate is lower, no refund will be issued for the difference.
Seasonal Rate Changes: Due to seasonal variations, camp rates may change. The new rate applicable on the requested date will be considered for the adjustment.
Refund Policy
Deposit Refunds
Full Refund: Available for cancellations made at least 12 days before the scheduled arrival date.
50% Refund: Available for cancellations made within 12 days of the scheduled arrival date.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows, and the full booking amount will be charged.
Early Departures: If you choose to leave before the end of your reservation, no refunds will be given for the unused portion of your stay.
Refund Process

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Bank Processing Time: Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Special Conditions
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), we reserve the right to modify our cancellation and refund policies. We will communicate any changes promptly and work with affected guests to find a suitable solution.
